Great agent to deal with. Contacted Demo when I first saw the property and he did what he could to get me a private viewing the very next day. I submitted an offer, he put it to the sellers immediately who agreed by the close of business that day. Demo put me in touch with a settlement agent and building inspector and outlined the steps I needed to make as a buyer and what deadline to work to. If i ever had issues or questions, Demo was alway available to help or would call back as soon as possible. When the sellers left rubbish for me to discard of, Demo came with a trailer and cleared everything away; definitely goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and professionalism.
