Very responsive and accommodating
Garren was fabulous from the get go. He was very responsive and accommodating to organise an inspection for us. At the inspection he was very easy going and friendly, didn’t bother us and gave us a great overview of the property. As soon as we wanted to put an offer in Garren communicated with us every step of the way and was great with answering all our questions and concerns. The whole process from contract to settlement with Garren has been a breeze. Highly recommend!

Chris' attention to detail and communication were excellent, we were kept informed throughout the sale process. In spite of us being in a rural area that tends to have properties on the market for some time, Chris had it under contract a few days after the second open house. His knowledge of the local market and great interaction with prospective buyers was key to us getting an offer we were very happy with. We can't thank him enough for his professionalism and passion!

This experience has changed my perception of realestate agents.
When my father died late last year and it came time to sell his house, I was ready to go with the agents he’d been renting the house through. Then Steve called me out of the blue and was helpful & most importantly, honest, from the word go. I remember asking him at one point how he got my number & he was upfront and honest about that. This was probably the main reason I decided to go with Steve. He was helpful & honest throughout the process, had a good knowledge of the local Bli Bli market, which probably comes from the fact that he lives in the area, and lastly, he cared. He cared about us and was Incredibly helpful in explaining the local market to our family as we didn’t live in the area. Steve helped us organise to get the house clean & tidy and ready for sale. I only met Steve & his lovely wife after the house sold as l live in Victoria and this again reinforced the fact that they genuinely care and have a great deal of pride in what they do. I would have no hesitation in asking Steve to help me out again in the future if I ever need to. Actually, I think he’d be my first call. With thanks and much appreciation for all your work Steve.

He willing volunteered to assist with the day-to-day activities needed to move out of one house and into the next. Quite simply he went the extra mile.
