Ben is an extremely professional and diligent agent. Combine this with his hard working and strong work ethics and you have one amazing agent who always has your best interests at heart. Ben has gone above and beyond helping us purchase this unit during this extremely testing covid 19 pandemic crisis. He has an eye for fine detail and is assiduos in his communication. We would have Ben represent us in a hearbeat for any of our future purchases/sales. We couldn't recommend Ben highly enough to anyone out there who is looking for an agent that truly represents them. A special Thank you from us Ben.

Taya sold our investment property and did everything to keep in touch and advise us of the situation. this is the 6th property Taya has sold for us and i would have no hesitation in recommending her. Keep up the great work Taya. Graham & Elaine

Ben was exceptional in professionalism and service. Given the climate that the sale was required, I felt very supported and was also kept up-to-date on the current market as well as possible shifts. I will definitely recommend Ben to family and friends for any real estate requirements moving forward.

It was great meeting with Taya and purchasing the property we were exactly looking for to renovate. Taya was very available for inspections and advice on what other apartments had done in their renos. Thanks Taya

Ben allowed us view the property at leisure and helped us with our purchase getting the final sale that we offered.

Even though the sale was $20k below expectations, this was 4% and I believe all due to COVID.

I couldn’t recommend Taya highly enough, she was very professional in her dealings with me all the way through the process. The property was sold very quickly without any issues.
