Chris has been in contact with us regarding selling our property for a very long time as we have toyed with the idea of selling for a long time. He has kept in contact all that time. Our property manager also recommended Chris as she has seen others do very little to achieve a sale but when Chris took over things happened quickly. With that info and recommendation, when we were looking to finally sell, it was obvious who we should choose. Charl had open inspections every Saturday and many outside the opens. Even though my property had a challenge, with child care centre backing onto my property, he still got my property sold. Charl is a straight shooter and tells you how it is, and didn’t rush to lower my price. Charl keeps you informed with weekly updates and would highly recommend him. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Chris Holmes. I've never sold a property before and assumed Real Estate agents to be a bit like the proverbial Used Car salesmen. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our tenant had been 'difficult' and I feared the worst. Chris bought the tenant on side having investigated the issues involved and the tenant became happily compliant with the proceedings. Chris went out of his way to ensure I was updated at every turn and made extra trips to the property to fix little issues himself. He managed to secure a good price for us so overall I could not have been happier with the service. I would highly recommend Chris to any buyer or seller of property. Thanks again Chris.
