I would advise not just Taya but all agents to make sure your buyers have more knowledge in the process in buying a block of land and the process of it.Maybe some sort of product guideline for clients in the same circumstances as me. Other than that I think Taya kept the Seller calm even with a solicitor with no understanding of building regulations and codes.Thank you Taya me and my wife are truely happy for your efforts and your understanding and keeping the seller calm.
