I was very pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Chris Holmes. I've never sold a property before and assumed Real Estate agents to be a bit like the proverbial Used Car salesmen. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our tenant had been 'difficult' and I feared the worst. Chris bought the tenant on side having investigated the issues involved and the tenant became happily compliant with the proceedings. Chris went out of his way to ensure I was updated at every turn and made extra trips to the property to fix little issues himself. He managed to secure a good price for us so overall I could not have been happier with the service. I would highly recommend Chris to any buyer or seller of property. Thanks again Chris.

His negotiation with the owner on our behalf was swift and within half an hour after the viewing our offer was accepted and contract signed an hour later.
