I have known Taya for many years and would not choose any other agent to list and sell my property in the Mudgeeraba area, her knowledge and experience are second to none. First open home - SOLD. I would recommend Taya to any perspective seller !

Hi Chris Thankyou so much for your effort with the sale of our home. Have appreciated the professionalism and information you have both provided along the way. Thanks for always being available and prompt in getting back to us with feedback. Really has been a smooth process the whole way through. Have heard some horror stories from friends about their experiences with other agents however you have been a pleasure to deal with. Will certainly recommend you to anyone we know selling a property. Cheers Tim & Zoe Hays

We have used Taya on a number of occasions now whilst buying and selling and would have to say hands down that each time has been nothing but a positive and stress free experience. Taya has gone above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable with the process and her knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. Taya has a great range of contacts and is happy to organise cleaners etc to help you out last minute if need be. Taya has always been contactable any day/any time. Highly recommended! Thanks Taya!

My house had been on the market with L .J.Hooker during the 4 plus months I had one inspection and not one other enquirer i,it was clear to me the agent had me on the books but put no effort into selling the property.I waited about 8 months and when my time was right I gave it to Ben Williams who had visited me several times and I was impressed by his approach. We signed up with him on the Thursday and had an open house that same Saturday. He had 11 inspections and four offers and we sold that same day with an offer we were looking for. From this point on he kept us informed every step of the way,a very professional approach and works hard to sell his properties.I would have no hesitation of using him again and can highly recommend him.

Charl was very helpful and made us feel at total ease about buying our first home! He was very knowledgeable about the area in general and explaining the process of buying our house. We are so happy with our home and so grateful for all of Charl’s help to get us here!

I found Charl easy to work with. Charl always responded promptly to emails and messages. He even came around a few weeks after settlement to help me with a minor issue in the house. I’m loving my new home and appreciate Charl’s role in making it happen. I recommend him highly.

Taya has sold two properties for me and I would not hesitate to use her again. Highly professional, hard working with a great knowledge of the market and lovely to deal with. She made both experiences easy and stress free. Happy with the results!

From the moment we walked into the villa that we have now made our home, Taya was simply amazing. Her knowledge of the industry and her personable and professional nature saw us making an offer on our very first inspection!! Taya remained contactable (even when away on a work trip!) and guided us through the purchase process, which I must say, was seemless! Taya went above and beyond after the final inspection pre settlement (due to the unit not being quite up to speed cleanliness wise as no bond clean was done!) She organized the carpets to be cleaned for us and a few other handyman type jobs done! Awesome service that made us feel quite special!

Chris is a great Agent, he puts you at ease from the moment you meet him, as he knows the market place well, and is very professional at what he does. I would have no hesitation in recommending Him, as he is a delight to work with.

I was impressed with Taya's well researched information to market my property which I feel gave her an edge when I was looking for an agent to manage my property sale. Right from the start Taya was confident in her ability to achieve great results. Her can do attitude and attention to detail won me over in every way possible. I can honestly say I will be using Taya's skills, expertise and knowledge again without any hesitation.
