Recently sold my property having Charl as my chosen agent. I had purchased the property 3 years earlier with Charl as the exclusive listing agent obviously for good reason as I came to know him. They say a good heart is hard to find and my testimony can honestly tell you he has both a good heart and is a good agent, very hard to find in this day and age. From the outset Ben provide open and honest feedback about the house, current market and potential buyers attending the open homes. He worked tirelessly to market the property on a multiple media outlets (even when he had to travel to the UK mid campaign) he ensured every open home was well attended. He fielded multiple offers to us with firm guidance on the strengths of each offer allowing us to to make a sales decision that suited our needs. After the offer was accepted Ben continued to shepherd the sale though and we are ecstatic to be unconditional as of today.
