It was a real pleasure workings with Daryn from the Beginning. His knowledge of varsity lakes was fantastic. He was always reachable by phone and always returned my calls. I found Stuart by googling the best real estate agent on the Gold Coast. We appointed Stuart at the beginning of this year to sell 3 of our properties. Stuart is a pleasure to deal and is fantastic with his communication. He always gives updates by phone or email (depending on what suits us at the time). Our first property was vacant when it was listed and it was only on the market for 1 week before it went under contract. The 2nd property was tenanted when it was listed and it was on the market for under 8 weeks before it went under contract. Stuart is a very caring person and he set aside time to talk to our tenant to make sure he was on her good side and to ensure the process was smooth for everyone with minimal disruptions to the tenant. We felt that the selling price was realistic for both properties (in fact one sold higher than any of us expected) and were happy with the sales. We have 1 more property to sell which should go on the market at the start of October and I have no doubt that Stuart will get us the contract we desire. The tenants will be vacating prior to the property going on the market and Stuart has offered to come and see us to give some hints & tips as to what we need to do to achieve a good sale. I would highly recommend Stuart to be your agent as you wont be disappointed. He is very professional and he clearly has great real estate knowledge in the areas/suburbs he covers.

When I first contacted Stuart via email he was actually overseas - but he was the first of all 3 agents I contacted to get back to me and organise a listing presentation. Being that our house was going to be vacant when selling, as we had already moved north, good communication was very important to us.
