Was not looking to buy as I was on a business trip from NZ. I was notified of the property by a friend and contacted Charl who met me there the next day. I looked at the property at 9:30am and had it signed up at Remax office by 10:45am, then Charl dropped me off at the train station for a Brisbane appointment by 11:00am. Charl walked me through the whole process effortlessly and continued till the property was settled by calling me many times with updates in NZ. As an Aussie living overseas I found Charl a great go to expert. I would definitely use him again.
