I met Taya at a open home and instantly felt at ease. She is professional, honest, compassionate which allowed a very emotional and stressful task of selling our home somewhat easy. Taya felt more like a friend than an agent. I would recommend Taya to anyone that wanted an agent that cares about the clients needs and delivers on her service promise. I cannot thank you enough Taya. Brooke and Andrew R

We have dealt with quite a few Agents in our time and found Charl to be one of the best, if not the best. He was personable, friendly and reliable. He was always on time and available without ever being "in your face". We were happy with the result he got for us and highly recommend his service. How lucky it is to find Charl as an agent and a trustworthy friend. John & Cynthia Thornton.

I have found Taya to be a very honest and a very professional experience person in her occupation. I would recommend Taya in future to anyone selling or buying a property on the Gold Coast. We were very happy with our sale of our property and will be looking to buy again in the near future in which we will be using Taya again to assist us

Cannot recommend enough or thank Charl enough for all his help and patience through the purchase of our property! He goes above and beyond to help in anyway he can, he truly is a genuine guy! You’ve changed my view on real estate agents as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past!

Daryn at Remax has now sold two properties for me and in each case has shown excellent market knowledge obtaining realistic values. Communications from Daryn were always regular and up to date. I have no hesitation in recommending Remax to prospective sellers.

Taya was very knowledgeble regarding the property and the Poinciana Vistas complex. She was even handed in meeting both the needs of the seller and our needs and as a result arranged for the seller to rent back the property until we sold our current home. Taya was prompt to respond to any queries I had and communicated well. She handled the sale of the property to us most efficiently. I would recommend Taya to anyone looking to buy or sell residential property.
