He was very direct and I liked that because that is someone you want to sell your house!! He was honest and open, always keeping us updated and very efficient. We have been on Charl's database for houses in Mudgeeraba area so we could get this house selling information before it hits the market, Charl has been very good at time management and been very helpful when communicates with vendors, thus we could get the contract done the same day. Charl also helped us for many enquires such as measurments before settlement.supply plans after settlement etc. It has been a very lovely buying process with Charl indeed. We will have him around when we are doing real eastate business.

Our experience purchasing our home became complicated with various extensions added to our contract period. Overall Taya kept us updated as much as possible and ensured that we understood the processes occurring. Taya has a straight forward approach to her job and comes across authentic and reliable - a breath of fresh air! I couldn't fault Taya and her availability to answer questions or follow-up on matters.
