I am very happy to rate Chris Holmes as an exceptional real estate agent in every skill required to sell a property. His communication and negotiating abilities are well-honed. The property was sold on the first viewing and every detail has been attended to with precision. I am very grateful for all his efforts on my behalf. Chris introduced himself to me and I did not have to go searching for the best agent.

We sold our home at Mudgeeraba after only 2 days listed, and a little extra $$$ that wasn't expected. This could not have been achieved without the exceptional professional service that we were given from our Remax agent, Stuart. Always available (don't know when he sleeps!) to keep us in the loop at every stage of the process. Thank you Stuart. Deb & Denis Ruff

We have an extremely hard settlement everything that could of gone wrong did. And to Gregs credit he managed to keep his professional composure and get an outcome that was beneficial to both parties. It would not matter if you where buying or selling I would recommend Greg as your agent. All the Best Andrew Ashman

As an ex real estate agent myself it was never going to be easy for an agent to gain my trust and business, however Charl managed to do just that. I found Charl to be a very good communicator. At the time of selling it was a sellers market however Charl possesses the negotiating skills which would get the job done in a much tougher market and that's the skills required to look after the sale of one of your most valuable assets. The property was presented and priced correctly and as the advertisement stated "will be sold by the first open home" that's exactly what happened. Thanks once again Charl and I would not hesitate in recommending you to others looking to sell in the area.

Stuart is an exceptional real estate agent. He went above and beyond in helping us obtain our dream home and in selling our previous home. He gave us great advice, was always willing to talk to us at just about any time of the day, he is very friendly and easy to talk to with a great sense of humour, yet is very professional and extremely hard working. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a house.

Absolute pleasure working with Greg on the sale of an apartment on North Street Southport. Greg from the kick off gave us a good appraisal and emphasised the key marketing points for the property. Greg communicated extremely well throughout the sale period and was very responsive to sale conditions as they occurred. Greg also worked and communicated with the entire family as this was a sale carried out under the terms of a Enduring Power of Attorney, (EPA). Thanks Greg on behalf of June, Andrew and Lauren (Trevor)..

After purchasing the property from Ms Taya Rich originally,I then 3 years later asked her to market the property again. This Lady is a professional to a 'T',managed the whole process till settlement between the buyer and myself, what a delight to do business with again. This is a young lady with a great understanding of the market and sensitive to her clients needs and expectations. Would strongly recommend Ms Rich to any prospective buyer or seller. Thank you again Taya..... Paris G Carrano

We are very happy that the most important decision we had made on the sale of our property was to appoint the Darren Lewis & Daryn Trowbridge team. Our great thanks to Daryn who sold our property. Daryn is well-deserving of our appreciation for his proficiency and promptness in communications leading to quick and effective results. Cheers! As very satisfied clients, we can appreciate why the Darren Lewis & Daryn Trowbridge team comes highly recommended to us. We are impressed with the professionalism and outstanding performance! Thank you. Sam & Grace
