Greg didn't turn his nose up to my offer which was lower than advertised. He presented it to the sellers and offered flexibility with what the sellers wanted and what we could give. We met halfway which was a wonderful outcome. His want and Desire to help us as the buyers was commendable as in the past 6 months, no other agent put in any effort or help for us. So I just want to say THANK YOU. It's great to still see a hardworking agent in the industry because a lot of the rest seem to be just waiting for business to fall in their lap at a high price. Her market and industry knowledge is second to none. She keeps you informed every step of the way and has absolute integrity. When she says she'll get back to you she does and in super quick time. Nothing is too much trouble for Taya. We first met her 2 years before listing our investment property as we were seeking advice on renovating and on the market at the time.
