My partner and I were in a difficult situation and had to sell quickly. Stuart and his team Cheryl took care of everything. Signage , photo's, marketing. Sale within day's exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately finance fell through. Within days a second offer. Stuart wrapped it up and sale successful. Again exceeding our expectations. Others might offer lower fees and other minor incentives in a desperate bid to gain the business but in the long run all you should be interested in is the sale of your property at pleasing price in the most painless, and professional manner.
