I can't recommend Charl highly enough with purchasing a property he was very professional and always accessible to take my calls. He also welcome my family and I into our new home with a lovely dinner even though it was Easter weekend. Thank you Charl

Stuart made the whole process easy for us. His easygoing approach put us at ease throughout and at no stage did we feel pressured or ill informed. I'd recommend Stuart from both sides of the sale. Buying or selling.

Taya was great to deal with during the sale process of our property. Taya has great communication skills and was on top of every facet of the sale process.
Taya Rich
Professional, polite with realistic views and a great sense of humour makes selling a house through Stuart Legg a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend him as his expertise in realestate outshone any other agent I spoke to.

Stuart had 2 offers for my house within 3 days of listing it. Stuart's negotiating skills got me a price in excess of what I was anticipating. He always returned my phone calls and was a gentlemen. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart to anyone wanting to sell their house

From the outset Taya was wonderful to work with. Open and honest appraisal supported by market research meant our property was marketed correctly at the outset. Excellent communication, feed back from open homes provided quickly with potential purchasers followed up. We felt that the final price was negotiated well as we did not feel pressured into accepting something that would not help us move forward. thanks Taya 'gold star'.

I cannot recommend Taya Rich enough! She was very professional and attentive. From my first inquiry to post settlement Taya ticked all the boxes. She was respectful and courteous to my tenants during the sale process which was very important to me also. She made the whole process very easy! Five stars all the way!!!

DARREN LEWIS is the BEST! Initial contact with Darren was by pohe; on that day out of 8 Agents, he was the only one to answer! This promptness and courtesy contined during our ongoing contact; Darren is a very personable, easygoing person to deal with, always in a pleasant disposition, never rushing us and it was a real pleasure to deal with him! He obviously knows the market and surroundings and we trust his judgement wholeheartedly, therefore if we ever sell Blue Ridge Crescent, Varsity Lakes 4227, DARREN will be our FIRST PORT OF CALL! Kind regards, Hedy and Chris HOOPER
