Taya was so professional and helped us so much with the marketing (which was spot on) and the sale. On the first day of being on the market Taya had the first buyer (eventual buyer) do an inspection. We had 3 contracts within 2 days and another very interest party. She was even able to overcome the considerable barriers put in place by the Queensland Public Trustee. How can I thank you enough. As you know I had registered with another agency last year and there was no interest shown in my property whatsoever. And very limited information from the agent. I was just so blessed to find you through "Which Real Estate Agent" and from our first phone contact i knew I had found the agent for me. You were straight to the point about your experience in my area/about where my property sat in the market place/ about what I could expect over the next few weeks. After one showing we came down to 3 potential buyers. We had a tenant to be aware of and agreed to a 60 day settlement. The tenant found a suitable property within a week and the experience was able to be completed in 30 days on the dot. Which was very exciting for all involved. It was a little difficult for me as I am interstate yet you kept me totally informed and supported throughout the journey. I was also very grateful as you surpassed my financial expectations. The whole process from Start to finish was smooth. Every question I had was answered, no pressure to sell at the first offer or even the last offer. If you are selling and want an agent that potential buyers will want to negotiate with - go no further. The no fuss, up front and honest approach Daryn possesses is totally refreshing. No games, just the ability to give the facts and give no sugar coatings. Most of our dealings were over the phone as we were coming fro interstate. Not only did Daryn sell the property, but he also gave great help with the 'after sale affairs' that need to be attended to with conveyances, inspections and references for other services. Not only a credit to not only the company he works for, but also a role model for the industry in QLD. Some of the agents we had previously dealt with we had to do all the chasing....I would certainly like Daryn selling our house in the future. Important to note whilst Daryn was on leave, Darren also responded promptly to any requests we had. Teamwork gets results!
