What a wonderful experience we had with Charl as our agent. Not only was he totally professional and caring at all times, but achieved a very fast sale at a great price. Charl was always on hand to make the entire process as stress free as possible assisting with expert advice and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. We couldn't recommend Charl more highly.

If you are selling and want an agent that potential buyers will want to negotiate with - go no further. The no fuss, up front and honest approach Daryn possesses is totally refreshing. No games, just the ability to give the facts and give no sugar coatings. Most of our dealings were over the phone as we were coming fro interstate. Not only did Daryn sell the property, but he also gave great help with the 'after sale affairs' that need to be attended to with conveyances, inspections and references for other services. Not only a credit to not only the company he works for, but also a role model for the industry in QLD. Some of the agents we had previously dealt with we had to do all the chasing....I would certainly like Daryn selling our house in the future. Important to note whilst Daryn was on leave, Darren also responded promptly to any requests we had. Teamwork gets results!

We wanted the best local agent to sell our house quickly and had friends and family recommend Stuart and Remax. We had one open home and had a signed contract the next day for more than our asking price. Stuart is easy going yet extremely professional. Could not be happier with the service we received!

The purchase of my new flat was very straight forward and easy. Darren was very accommodating as I was living overseas at the time of purchase and ensured I was kept up-to-date throughout the process.
