We are so pleased that we chose Taya as our agent. She was exceptional at her job and she went above and beyond for us. Her knowledge of the area was spot on and she knew just how to market our house which meant we reached a record price for houses in our street! She has a very professional attitude, yet is friendly and down to earth making us feel comfortable from the first meeting. I would recommend her to anyone wanting the best price for their property. Thanks so much Taya!

Stuart goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations and not just meet them as a seller , working within the current market to professionally negotiate a win win position for both buyer and seller. Being in sales I find this a necessity as not having a negotiation ability could cost 10's of thousands of $$ on your price. Stuart is an extremely professional communicater and will always give his honest expert opinion at all times .It was a pleasure listing with Stuart and if in a position to sell i would highly recommend his service.

Stuart handled the sale of our property in a very professional & outstanding manner from the beginning to the (eventual) end, always insisting on keeping us "in the loop" with updates. Our property was priced at the lower end of the market with extensions & complications, but Stuart put everything he had into getting us a good result. Thank you Stuart & all the very best. I experienced Stuart's professionalism some time ago when he was selling a property for one of my friends, and met him a number of times during this, so it was a no brainier for me to contact Stuart when it came time to sell my property. From the moment he arrived to evaluate my place and put together a plan of sale , I knew I was in good hands. Stuart actually works for you and is very responsive to your needs, and faces the challenges that invariably come along with ease. Together we achieved a great result on my property, and I thank Stuart for his integrity and professionalism , he is a legend !, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell.
