Stuart went above and beyond for us during the sale of our house. We were overseas for the entire sale process and Stuart has been absolutely awesome - total commitment. Always kept us updated and never let us down on anything. Would absolutely not hesitate to recommend. Stuart is not like any other agent we have ever dealt with. He's not only a fab agent but a thoroughly nice guy as well.

From the day we first inspected the property Daryn was very helpful to my elderly parents and myself when it came time to make an offer on the property right through to our successful purchase and settlement. He was very kind making the whole process as stress free as possible. I would be happy to recommend him to any vendor.

Stuart has handled the whole process of selling our home with professionalism, excellent communication and honesty. As first time sellers, we had quite a few questions and Stuart was extremely helpful with every single query. He was super fast and efficient with every communication we had, he is positive at all times and assisted us in negotiating when required. Stuart also went above and beyond in our search for our new home after our house went under contract. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Stuart as an agent, and we will definitely use him again in the future. Stuart made our whole process easy from start to finish!

We have bought and sold a total of 9 properties in the past 20 years and have used Stuart for the purchase of our current property and now also for the sale of it. We recieved more than we expected and found Stuart to be the best agent we have ever used! If you are looking for an agent that is going to be upfront, honest, reliable, fast to respond and makes selling or buying your property easier and less stressful, then Stuart is your Agent. I recently had a bad experiences with a dishonest agent and Stuart was a breath of fresh air. Don't risk using anyone else, especially in the Mudgeeraba area!

Stuart market knowledge and expertise in the area was very impressive. He sold our home in 9 days and achieved the exact price we were hoping to achieve. Stuart was highly recommended to us by personal friends and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him ourselves. Very professional, true to his word and just an all round great guy - Thank you Stuart!

Having used Stuart for a previous sale and purchase, it was a no brainer to call in his services once again. A market appraisal soon followed, photographs including a 3D walkthrough taken on the Monday, listed on realestate.com.au during the week, 1st open home on the Saturday, with two offers on the table by Monday. Stuart conducted negotiations with a minimum of fuss, and kept us informed. Sale went through as per contract and we are now settled into our new home. Stuart, thank you for making the normal stress of selling a breeze, really appreciated. Regards.

Stuart was a thorough professional in the way that he managed the sale of our property. We placed Stuart under a great deal of pressure to handle an urgent sale of our multi million dollar investment. We needed the highest possible sale price in the shortest possible time and Stuart delivered. I would have no hesitation to recommending Stuart to anyone who is looking for the best possible outcome for a property sale.

Stuart was professional from the very start & always did exactly as he said he would. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and his friendly & relaxed communication style made the process easy & relaxed for myself and my wife. Stuart told us right from the start what he thought our house was worth & found us a buyer within that range in a very short time. I would highly recommend Stuart & will definitely be using him again next time we sell a house.
