Stuart did a fantastic job in selling our parcel of land. He provided constant feedback and honesty. The land wasn't typical and needed a unique buyer. Stuart remained positive and persistent to sell the block! Having some personal experience in real estate in another city, I can highly recommend Stuart's services for his expert knowledge and skills.

Charl quickly understood what our needs were and was most helpful in our hunt for a home. He was patient with us, we were first time buyers, but he also had a kind way of steering us in a wise direction. He is very respectful, courteous and professional. We are happy to recommend Charl, especially to first-time home buyers in need of some extra hand-holding.

Dear Russell, Working with you has been a pleasure, an excellent example of how to create good customer relations. Thank you for helping us find the perfect home! We have been settled in for about two weeks now and are enjoying the views. We will be referring you to all of our friends because of your excellent service. We enjoyed searching for homes with you. We appreciate that you took us to so many as seeing the homes in person helped us make our decision. You have been professional, friendly and you have gone above and beyond in helping us through the whole process. The thought of finding a new property and moving was overwhelming but you made the whole transition a pleasure. Ann and I have been extremely pleased with your attentiveness, communication, honesty and advice throughout the entire process. Your warm, and no-nonsense approach was particularly appreciated. Right from our very first meeting you explained the sale/auction process thoroughly and did not try to obtain our business by giving us an unreal expectation of what property was worth in the current market.? It took a lot of patience and persistence on your part, we very much appreciate all that you have done for us. You were always there and followed up on every detail and any queries we had during the sale process. You were always helpful, patient and handled the situation with a smile. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone considering buying or selling their home. Kind Regards Mervyn & Ann
