I chose Taya rich as the agent to sell my property as she was local and kept me informed over the years about how prices of houses were. She honestly told me her opinion, so when I put Willunga St property on the market she was my first choice. She gave me a quote as to her commission and her marketing strategies. I left it up to her to decide how I would get the best price. Within 3 days of advertising there were a few offers. The finance stage was a little long but Taya kept me informed throughout the period to settlement. She was always cheerful, hopeful and helpful. If you want an agent who works 100% for you call Taya!

As a buyer sometimes it's difficult to know what the agent is like. Russel was straight up front with us, he acknowledged the house needed some work and got an immediate sale for his vendor in the process. Russel went out of his way to help us with things we needed to do before settlement and moving in. If I sell a property in the future I would certainly use Russel.
