Stuart first sold our house in Tallai with great efficiency in 2014 even thought there was a downturn in the market at that time. When I returned to New Zealand I knew it would be difficult to arrange a sale of our rental as Stuart needed to keep in touch with our property manager as well me and my wife whom i had separated from.
