When we decided to put our house on the market, our first thought was Charl, as he was the agent that we purchased the property from. We had the property rented from when we purchased it and were intending to reside there at one stage but returned overseas. Charl, his team and the team at Remax Regency Robina helped in all aspects of preparing the property after the tenants had left. They offered insights as to what we should do as they brought the property to market readiness. All work was carried out in a timely manner, within the timeframes they suggested, at very cost effective. as we were unable to do any of this because we were overseas, this was a godsend. When it was being presented to the market, Charl kept us up to date on all aspects of the marketing on a regular basis. We were dumbfounded by the response that he received and that we received three offers within the first week! Charl expertly managed these offers to the finalisation of the sale.
