Megan was more than helpful with the step by step process to bring my property to market. Securing a contract within a week was way above my expectations.

We couldn’t recommend Taya Rich highly enough. After narrowly missing out on our first property to a higher offer, Taya quickly identified another opportunity and was instrumental in making the deal happen. She was proactive, effective and kept the wheels turning at every stage. Professional and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Taya is very knowledgable of the Merrimac market and worked tirelessly to see we got a sale. She was proactive to contact me and very responsive when contacted. As we had already moved Taya also helped arrange trades to attend to matters prior to settlement. Taya made an at times stressful experience easier to manage. Thanks Taya

Taya helped us to buy our first Queensland house in Merrimac and we are stoked. She was so up front about the potential project it could be so we knew what we were getting ourselves into. Taya, was very prompt and professional without being cold or unapproachable. You were very easy to work with and we both appreciate you so much Taya! Thank you!

Chris was a pleasure to work with. We came into the experience as first home buyers never having dealt with the purchase process before. Chris made it simple for us to understand each step and allowed us time to navigate the complexities. Was happy to field our calls with questions and was always willing to help. Would definitely recommend Chris and use him again in the future.
