My wife and myself we started up with unit-hunt almost a year ago as we came to the final agreement that the time has arrived when we have to move ahead with downsizing. We had decided to sell & move as close as we could to our children's school & to find a house that was bigger than our first one to accommodate our fast-growing family. To our amazement, we very quickly found the "right" house in the right place & that the vendors had on the market for a realistic & "affordable" (to us) price.
