We engaged Taya Rich to market our investment property in Robina. Taya has excellent market knowledge and great communication and negotiation skills resulting in a sale in just a couple of weeks at an excellent price. Taya was able to negotiate with our tenant to provide a vacant possession sale as required by the purchaser. We could not be happier, thanks Taya.

We first met Stuart approximately 5 years ago when we were looking to purchase a property and he was the agent acting on behalf of the owner. Our first impressions were very good and even though we didn't purchase that particular property (because it was not suitable for our requirements) when it came around to selling our house, due to a relocation, we didn't hesitate to approach him to act on our behalf. Stuart's strengths are his professional approach, excellent communication, honesty and high level of integrity that can be very difficult to find. The end result was that Stuart successfully sold our house at a realistic price, in a short period of time with minimum fuss and disruption to our family. The whole process and communication proved flawless from beginning to end. We would not hesitate to recommend Stuart Legg and would definitely refer him to all our friends and family.

We only dealt with the above mentioned and found him to be exceptionally businesslike and easy to deal with. We will most definitely have no hesitation in recommending him to any of our friends.

Daryn did absolutely everything he said he would do. Having bought and sold over 30 properties, I was happily surprised that I did receive phone calls and emailed reports on how each open for inspection went. He was very honest on the feedback he received from potential buyers rather than build my expectations up, which is what I wanted to hear. I am pretty sure the sold price is a record price in the street, so he got me an exceptional result.

We have had a very smooth sales process throughout and I would highly recommend using the two Daryn's from Remax if you decide to sell.

My Parents used Chris to sell their property. I contacted Chris to sell mine. Nothing was ever a problem. Chris was prompt and answered all my questions. He promoted the property well and we had a quick sale. My property sold for more than I expected and Chris managed the highest sale price for properties in my street. I would highly recommend Chris and the REMAX team to anyone who is looking at selling. A Great job from a Reliable Team. Thanks Chris.
