Real estate agent Wayne Holmes has been excellent in what he does from the beginning to right up until the end. He is professional but so warm and friendly at the same time, he has superior knowledge and experience in his role as an agent however he is such a people person so he will attract a lot of people. He is such a gentlemen too, when i locked myself in my house once he was able to come and help me in a flash. My home was sold within 6 days with numerous offers already submitted.
