I have had the good fortune of dealing with D&D as both a seller and buyer on more than one occasion. On each and every occasion I have walked away from the transaction feeling completely satisfied that my agents has looked out for my interests above their own, a very rare quality in the real estate industry today. if you want to get the best possible price for your property in the current market then invest in the two agents "Darren & Darryn" who have proven time and time again they are the local Varsity Lakes experts. I have no hesitation in recommending this dynamic team!

The purchase of our new property was made exceptionally easy and enjoyable due to Stuart's professional guidance along with his friendly approach and patience when it came to making our final decision. We found Stuart to be extremely easy to deal with, he was always available and never at any stage did we feel pressured by him. Stuart made the whole process seem effortless and we would be happy to use Stuart again should we purchase another property in the future.

We had tried other agents without success, then we heard of Stuart. From that moment on things started happening. No BS (aka Real Estate talk) just the facts and even though we had to negotiate down on our expected price, Stuart was there for us right to the end. A great result. We would have not hesitation in recommending Stuart to anyone serious about selling their home. Well done Stu you deserve to be number one in your field. We have bought and sold several properties in our time but your service tops the lot.

Thank You Wayne Holmes for selling my property in Varsity Lakes! Although the highest rated Agent in Robina, I put my trust in Wayne to bring his expertise and skills to the Varsity Lakes area and, as promised, he delivered an excellent result in under 4 weeks! He was always open, honest and very accommodating (especially with our 2 young children under 4 years old) and I don't hesitate to recommend Wayne as an agent, and wish him all the successes in his new venture at LJ Hooker Varsity/Robina! I wish all agents/agencies shared his credibility! Thanks again Wayne! Mark & Danielle Thatcher

Stuart negotiated a sale on our property within 9 days of being on the market and during this time kept us fully informed as to the progress of all negotiations and activity. I would highly recommend Stuart if you are considering selling your property.

I was looking to purchase. Chris showed a few places and after speaking with me and my need to sell my home first, offered a complete overview of my home address, land values and much more. I received a folder of information and when the time came rang Chris. He arrived to sign me on as a client ON TIME, and over the selling period he was always on time, organized and was always available to speak with. He sold my home for more than other agents had intimated, and I can happily recommend him for sales in this area. Our purchasers were young(ish) and I think appreciated Chris being in their time frame.

Isn't buying and selling a house suppose to be one of the highest stressful factors in people's lives? Not with our Agent, Stuart Legg! Right from the initial enquiry made on the property listing for sale at Bonogin, we believe his professionalism was outstanding. His follow up and communication was always 100% and his knowledge of the Real Estate industry, but most importantly his honesty helped us confidently acquire the property. We certainly will be calling on Stuart to sell our other home.
