We had been looking for a place to buy for some months before finally coming in contact with the Remax Varsity team. Working with Darren was a huge change from the previous agents we had spoken with who were largely unhelpful in achieving a result for Maddie and myself. Darren's knowledge of the area and willingness to go above and beyond (even down to the hundreds of phone calls during final price negotiation) made buying my first house a great experience. Greg is a great asset to Re-max. We found him to be honest, reliable, a great communicator and we felt he really went over and above what other agents would do. We recently purchased a property from him and even though we were the buyers, he helped us out and guided us through the process. Greg answered all our calls (even at crazy out of hours times), answered all our questions (several times) and made time available to us (even with no notice). We met Taya in 2013 when we sold our house in merrimac. Taya successfully sold our home in 6 days. We then sold our other home in burleigh, 10 months later...again through Taya. Once again, Taya sucessfully sold our home in under a week. Both homes sold for exactly or just above what we were hoping. We've noticed a lot of homes on the coast are on the market for weeks or even months at a time. With Taya she gets in and does her job. People in and out and many offers made. Makes the whole selling/moving process a whole lot easier and quicker. We absolutely love Taya. Her genuine care, professional way, honesty and amazing skill in selling is what we loved. We werent made to feel like "just another number" as many agents make you feel... not with Taya. She has alot of knowledge of the market, area and whats happening. ..all with being a decent, normal person. We have recommended Taya to many people. One friend also used Taya and had the same results we had. We cannot say enough positive things about Taya. If the need be...we would DEFINTLY use Taya again.
