I know this will sound too good to be true but I have bought and sold 18 homes in my lifetime and I watch the market all the time. I feel I know the difference in agents. Stuart Legg as by far the most professional agent I have dealt with. His appraisal was spot on, there was no inflating the price to get the listing, or pushing the price unfairly down to get the sale to go through. His communication throughout the process was great and we were not forgotten about the minute the sale went through. Highly recommended.
