It was a pleasure doing business with Daryn Towbridge & Darren Lewis from Remax Real Estate. Their commitment, enthusiasm and professionalism was way above our expectations. They had open houses every week and searched for people wanting to buy our property. When they found a buyer, they worked late into the night to make sure the contracts went ahead as they should. We also purchased our new home through Remax as it was such a smooth transition and Daryn made sure we could move out of one and straight into the other on the same day. Daryn showed us many homes when we were looking to buy and was committed to finding us one we'd like. He got a listing in the morning and Daryn worked well into the night so we could purchased it the same night. We have, and will continue to recommend Daryn and Darren to sell or buy any property. Both Daryn and Darren were totally professional at all times during the sale of my property. Their appraisal of the the property value was realistic and was very close to the sale price. They were always aware of my needs as a vendor and kept me very well informed of the progress of the sale process. Settlement on the property was speedy and well expedited. Should I require a further property sold I would certainly contact them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any vendor.

I have sold properties in the past, however I can honestly say that this particular sale was a very pleasant experience for myself and my family. We were selling our home of 10 years, where my children had grown, and were somewhat nervous about it. Daryn Trowbridge and Darren Lewis set us at ease within two minutes of meeting us for the first time. They viewed our property and sat with us for some time, explaining their expectations for us, as well as supplying us with very current market information.
