Extensive knowledge about area she serves. Helpful advice on local trades people.
I purchased a town house through Taya and her assistance and advice both during and after the purchase process was highly beneficial. I did a complete renovation living away from the location with Taya's local knowledge of who to get for what job. Without her willingness to offer assistance outside the sale process, I would not have had the confidence to proceed with purchasing a property in need of extensive renovation. Although quite stressful at times - very happy I went ahead. She phoned yesterday to advise the sale price of similar property just because she thought I may be interested. Above and beyone the norm.
