I purchased a town house through Taya and her assistance and advice both during and after the purchase process was highly beneficial. I did a complete renovation living away from the location with Taya's local knowledge of who to get for what job. Without her willingness to offer assistance outside the sale process, I would not have had the confidence to proceed with purchasing a property in need of extensive renovation.
