We were trying to sell our property when time was against us as we were immigrating and with it being a Buyers market, we were not being very successful and to make it worse, we stood to lose a lot of money as we had done so many renovations over the years and now due to urgency, we were not going to make any kind of profit. Our last resort was to rent out the property and this was probably the best decision that we made. Emma and Tiegan from Remax in Mackay went out of their way to have everything arranged in a matter of days, prior to us leaving Mackay and within a week of me leaving, new tenants were accepted and are now looking after our home. I am a difficult Owner as I have a very very long history in Property Management myself.. due to this my expectation are high.. so when I say these girl are great it is very high praise. They are GREAT!!!! Nothing is to much trouble .. they return calls.. they stay on top of all the issues. When I call they gave all the “right” answers. Can’t recommended them highly enough!
