We were trying to sell our property when time was against us as we were immigrating and with it being a Buyers market, we were not being very successful and to make it worse, we stood to lose a lot of money as we had done so many renovations over the years and now due to urgency, we were not going to make any kind of profit. Our last resort was to rent out the property and this was probably the best decision that we made.
