Kirstie and the Remax team do a wonderful job. While finding me great tenants they were punctual, friendly and extremely helpful.

Responsive, well organised, knowledgeable and consistently go above and beyond. I’ve engaged four different property management companies in Brisbane, and Remax has outperformed them all by a wide margin. They’re the only property managers I would trust with my investments.

Both my Husband and I would highly recommend Claire Swanpoel and her team for your leasing needs. They ensured that whole leasing process was as seamless as possible. All of the team provide prompt, highly professional customer service and are super welcoming to deal with.

I had a great experience moving with the team at Remax. The leasing process was made very easy by Kirstie and the ongoing management was equally as smooth. Very impressed with how well things have gone. Highly recommended.

First time leasing out my property, was feeling pretty lost about what to do. Kirstie from Remax is truly the best. Explained everything clearly, was patient when I had questions, quick to respond to messages. Overall great experience.

Being out of town at the time, we were quite anxious about the amount of work we needed to coordinate to help bring our home back into shape. Kirstie Clarke came on to work with us and went above and beyond. Video conferences. Site visits. Organising local trades. Brainstorming ideas. All the while, constantly feeding back to us in a timely and succinct manner. We couldn't me more impressed or happy with the outcome. We now have a beautiful home that we hope will continue to be loved.

Kirstie was wonderful from the moment I met her. I had been looking for a property for some time + was feeling quite worn down by the constant competition, fast-moving properties + time + effort it was taking to find my next home. Having left a difficult situation, things were amplified when it came to emotion, worry + stress. Kirstie was incredible, every step of the way. Her support, care + constant attention got me through what was a very difficult time for me. She constantly checked in on me, kept me up to date with the process + always returned my calls + texts in a super timely manner. I could not have asked for a better person to help me secure my new home. + that's exactly what she did - so many agents only care about the landlord (like my previous real estate agent), but Kirstie cared about me - she cared about my story, my needs, my mental + emotional health. A rare find in a saturated market, that's for sure. I would highly recommend Kirstie + her team, whether you're a tenant or a landlord. Kirstie's heart + soul is in this game + she's incredible at her job. I for one am so grateful to have met her. She has made an incredibly tough time, so much better. Thank you Kirstie, for everything.
