Kylee was an exceptional agent who sold my house quickly after it being on the market 14 months. Kylee was one step ahead of me all the way, when I thought about things that needed doing, she'd already done them. She was an amazing person to work with, very responsive returning calls super fast, she was enthusiastic and just really lovely to deal with. We had a really great rapport and I would thoroughly recommend working with her. She went above and beyond the call of duty and was so very professional. If I had to sell (or buy) another property in Brisbane, I wouldn't hesitate to contact her!

I met Kylee a few times while looking for a new home. She was always welcoming, friendly and had answers to my questions. She was great at finding alternative viewing times to fit with my crazy shift work or alternative properties if the one being viewed didn't suit my needs. Once I found a property, Kylee continued to assist me, including help with organising building and pest inspection and pre settlement viewings with floor installers which made settlement easy and uncomplicated.

I have used Allan in the past and always come back to him because of his honest and professional approach which helps to take the stress out of selling. He and his partner Helen made the process flow with ease from the initial planning, taking photos and staging suggestions to the signing of a contract (at a higher than expected price) on the bonnet of his car after the first open day. Well done Allan and Helen. Love your work!
