I have been lucky enough to both buy and sell property through Kylee and she has been an exceptional agent on all occasions. Her communication and work ethic are second to none and I have found her to be open and honest in all dealings. I would happily recommend and use Kylee for any future property needs.

Kylee was a fantastic agent and worked her absolute hardest to secure us the purchase of our property. We could not fault her service and would 100% use her services again in the near future.

Kylee's input was invaluable in accessing out market strategy at no time did we feel our expectations would not be met. Kylee's attitude was both friendly and efficient, providing constant feedback at all stages of the selling process. We would have no hesitation recommending Kylee to our friends.

Thanks to Dan we sold our house off market and achieved well over price expectations, which has freed us up to move on to our next real estate adventure. Having bought and sold multiple properties we can attest to Dan’s professional approach (including him being contactable), attention to detail and him generally being a top bloke, not your run of the mill real estate agent! We’ll definitely be back seeking Dan out as our agent again in the future.

We recently sold a Unit with Kylee for well above our expected return. Her expertise and knowledge of the surrounding area was phenomenal and really captured prospective buyers. Kylee's work ethic is like no other and we couldn't think of a better agent to sell with. You will not be disappointed by choosing Kylee for your future sale.

Dan successfully sold our house off market, the house went under contract very quickly saving us from having to pay for expensive marketing costs. Dan runs a small family business, and when he says family is important to him, he means it. We couldn’t have been happier, highly recommend to anybody in the area looking for a realtor that will be genuinely black and white honest with you and go many extra lengths to help you achieve your goals.
