We would not change one aspect of the campaign which Allan guided us through. The road to our very quick sale was smooth and we worked seamlessly together to achieve a record result for our suburb. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional and polished agent with a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Kylee is honest with you, something we appreciate as vendors. Kylee is reliable in that what she said she would do, she did. We received a realistic appraisal based on her intimate knowledge of the area and the market together with sound advice on how to present the property for sale (which we followed) then left the rest to Kylee . We though the virus restrictions would hinder the sale but Kylee was able to manage as the professional she is and we achieved a sale within a month. An excellent result in these trying times.

Kylee made the entire sale process a breeze - she is attentive, hardworking, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and a great communicator. She lives in Morningside so she has extensive knowledge of the local market and a great network. Kylee is diligent, hard working and super friendly and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend Kylee to anyone wanting to sell their house with ease.
