Bought house and dealing with Allan was enjoyable. He is easy to talk to, responsive and works with you to get everything organised. He also actually answers his phone when you call and not send everything to message bank that we found with so many other agents. It was great to get answers when you are looking for them.

Getting Kylee on board for our sale was the best decision that we made. Kylee went above and beyond throughout the entire process and made the sale process very easy, which was a huge relief. We can’t recommend Kylee highly enough!

I bought my house from Allan in 2004 and recently sold it through him. He has always kept in touch with my family and I and not in an annoying way. Has always been happy to answer my questions over the years about the market so a no brainer to engage with him to sell my house. Genuine and honest. Provided invaluable information and assistance with selling my house.

Kylee was recommended to me by a local house flipper who said he'd only deal with Kylee. I now know the reason why! She did an excellent job selling my house and got me the price I wanted with excellent terms and conditions. Her communication is impeccable and she was very responsive responding to phone calls. I really enjoyed working with Kylee and highly recommend her to other sellers, although I'm sure she would be just as good if you were looking to buy. She was always one step ahead of me, if I thought of something, she'd already done it. I found her to be a genuine person who was professional the entire time. An all round superstar!!

Purchasing a property for the first time can be a daunting experience for anyone. Kylee was extremely helpful along each step of the way, from the point when I first inspected the property right up to settlement and beyond. Kylee was genuinely pleasurable to deal with, and celebrated the milestones of my journey as a purchaser. It's evident Kylee cares about getting the best possible outcomes for her sellers, as her communication with me was prompt and professional, but never felt pressuring. All in all, I had a very positive experience and would have no hesitation in dealing with Kylee in the future.
