We were interviewing agents to sell our house and kept getting the same brash, pushy stereotypes that came with teams of people to show you how amazing they are and how it would be our loss if we didn’t use them. My wife and I weren’t too impressed with any of them and at the last minute, we called Carol who had just gotten the top sale price for our area. When we met her, she came across very friendly, inviting and accommodating with everything we needed to do as we had a few obstacles with our sale and she understood what was going on. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and any questions she couldn’t answer, she found out and got back to us in a timely manner. She didn’t push or hound us but was there in the background always ready to help prepare the house for sale.
