We are extremely happy with the service we received from our selling agents and the entire team. They truly went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Communication was outstanding, we were kept informed every step of the way. As interstate owners, the house had been tenanted for the past 10 years. Melissa and Tomas guided us on what was required to update the property and present it at its best for sale. Being locals they understand the market conditions and were able to guide us with price point. They organised quotes and coordinated all the tradespeople, including painters, new carpets, landscaping, fencing, door repairs, tree trimming, styling, the list goes on. Nothing was ever an issue. We were regularly updated with photos showing the progress, which gave us great peace of mind living interstate. Time was of the essence to get the house ready to showcase, Melissa drove this to make it happen in record time, liaising with all the different trades to ensure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Office staff followed up with emailed reports. Tomas watered the lawns a couple of times a week while the campaign was running. He did it as second nature.
