As a first-time home buyer, I expected some more guidance from the agent. As pre-settlement inspection and settlement occurred on the same day, I didn't get enough time to negotiate the issues found during pre-settlement, and it cost a couple of thousand dollars to fix the issues.

From the moment that we decided to consider selling to the completion of the sale - a total of 6 weeks- we found Kylee to be very helpful and communicate well to ensure we were fully briefed every step of the way.
