My sister and I had a wonderful experience with Kylee. We visited a house already under contract and mentioned that we would be interested if it fell over. Sure enough, a few days later we received the phone call that it had and we were at the top of her list! Kylee helped us through every step and was extremely responsive to all of our questions and queries. From a buyer's perspective, I thought Kylee represented our position and offer to the owner and we were able to work out a price that worked for both of us. There were a few minor hiccups with inspections that were out of her control and I appreciated the effort she made to make sure we would have other opportunities. Overall our experience with Kylee was far above our expectations, especially given how the housing market has been soaring recently.
