From our first meeting with Zoe, we felt very reassured that we were in good hands. Zoe put us at ease and offered excellent advice. At no point during the process did we feel pressured or uneasy. We were drawn to Zoe’s friendliness and warmth and felt we were dealing with a good friend. Zoe’s communication was excellent and her weekly reports were informative and thorough. Nothing was ever too much bother. Zoe’s presentation was spot on for all our meetings and open homes. Zoe was always positive, proactive and a tremendous source of information of all things real estate. Zoe is very informed and we readily took her advice. We could not have been happier in our choice of our agent and could not recommend Zoe highly enough.

We were looking for a Unit for my mother & found this one which we felt suited her perfectly. We made Carol aware my mother was on the Gold Coast & that it we would not be able to get her inspect the unit for another week. Carol was happy to take an expression of interest from us & hold on for another week until my Mother could inspect the Unit, which subsequently liked very much. Carol always answered my calls the first time & was very friendly & prepared to give us the time so that my Mother could inspect the Unit. Overall the purchase process through Carol has been very easy without any stress. Carol is also happy to deal with the sellers for us regarding potential rent of the unit for a short period of time following settlement & including the fridge & outside table & chairs as potential part/full payment of the rental costs. Overall we could not be happier with our dealings with Carol & her office.

Kylee appraised my unit significantly higher than other agents in nearby suburbs, and I trusted that her local knowledge and experience was accurate. I'm pleased that I did because she was spot on and I obtained an outcome that I was very pleased with.

Using Dan Elliott to sell my property in QLD was well about expectations and he achieved well over what I was hoping for in the sale. I left everything to Dan and sorted it all out. Dan even found me a solicitor to use to sell the property as I’m in nsw. I would highly recommend Dan Elliott to sell any property.
