We were looking for a Unit for my mother & found this one which we felt suited her perfectly. We made Carol aware my mother was on the Gold Coast & that it we would not be able to get her inspect the unit for another week. Carol was happy to take an expression of interest from us & hold on for another week until my Mother could inspect the Unit, which subsequently liked very much. Carol always answered my calls the first time & was very friendly & prepared to give us the time so that my Mother could inspect the Unit. Overall the purchase process through Carol has been very easy without any stress. Carol is also happy to deal with the sellers for us regarding potential rent of the unit for a short period of time following settlement & including the fridge & outside table & chairs as potential part/full payment of the rental costs. Overall we could not be happier with our dealings with Carol & her office.
