A brilliant agent!
Kylee was incredible throughout the whole process. Not only did she keep me informed from the initial call, to purchasing my new place, she constantly checked if I needed anything extra and answered all my many questions (especially as a first home buyer). Highly recommend her to anyone looking at buying!

Kylee is amazing, extremely professional with a lovely personal touch. Highly recommend.
Kylee knew the area exceptionally well, was lovely to communicate with and her professionalism was second to none. Every question was answered by Kylee almost immediately, we did not need to do much at all, we never felt pressured only supported and well informed. This was the easiest and smoothest selling of a property we have done. She also communicated with our tenants with care and compassion, which they loved. Kylee is undoubtable the Number 1 Real Estate agent in the area, and I would recommend her to everyone. A huge thank you to Kylee.

Kylee nails it
Kylee Harnisch sold our house at our desired price in a matter of days. She knows Carina and surrounding suburbs very well. Her no-mess no-fuss approach worked a treat for us.

Kylee is amazing!
Kylee helped us buy our first home, and she was nothing short of amazing. Her sense of urgency, constant communication and bubbly personality impressed us from the start. We couldn’t recommend her more highly and are so glad we had the opportunity to buy our first home with her.

Fantastic experience!
Kylee was such a pleasure to deal with! She was readily available, always positive, authentic and clear in her communication. Throughout the process she worked diligently, often going above and beyond to give us the best chance of selling our property. We were happy we went with a local also, her superior knowledge of the local area was a definite advantage. I have no hesitation in recommending Kylee!

A great agent that went above and beyond to assist my parents sell their home of over 60 years.
We spoke to a few agents in the area and decided to list with Kylee, given her personalised approach. Pre advertising, which was at the top of the boom, Kylee gave us price guidance. Early on in the actual campaign market sentiment had weakened due to the concern around interest rates. Kylee achieved price guidance and the market was unconditional in 31 days from listing which was impressive given the previous frenzy of interested parties at open homes earlier in the year. Kylee has a clear understanding of the local market and being able to connect buyers and sellers. A joy to work with and I have already referred Kylee to a friend.

Made life easy!
Kylee made the buying process a breeze for us. She assisted with negotiating with the seller to give us a clear indication of what their expectations were in order to close the gap. I would definitely recommend buying through Kylee if you are in the market for a property.

Great Experience!
Kylee was a great agent to work with. She has a clear understanding of the Morningside market and is very in tune with the buyers who come through the door during an open home. Her communication skills are excellent. I would encourage anyone considering selling their property in the Morningside area to give Kylee a call.
