No mucking about with Jacqui. She knew what it was worth on today's market, in her terms, GUT FEEL. She fought for us and that was exactly the price we got. We went with Jacqui because she was confident and did work hard to achieve the result while keeping us informed along the way. Highly recommend Jacqui and her team.

The most professional sales agent I have ever dealt with in my entire investment purchase journey - James O'DONOHUE from Re/Max Success Toowoomba! James was very respectful and courteous in his dealing. He was prompt in responding to all my questions, concerns, and requests for extensions. He even liaised with the valuation company on my behalf to escalate the valuation and expedite the process. I have never dealt with a sales agent who would do all the above. He mostly answered my phone calls and when he was not able to, he returned my calls promptly. James was highly recommended by my property manager for his professionalism and integrity. James was very honest in his dealing. The information in his sales listing was completely true and not exaggerated, which was confirmed by the valuation, B&P inspection, and other reports I obtained from the Council. I love the fact that James and his agency are actively involved in the community, foundations, and support children with cancer. There's a reason why they have won many hearts and awards! When the time comes for me to sell my property, I will look no further as I know I can always reach out to James. Thank you, James - you are a L-E-G-E-N-D!
