I sold a property in Toowoomba in June this year and James was the selling agent. From the start I had a great experience with James. He is a very clear and professional communicator. He gave me a lot on confidence that he was running with the campaign and gave me great insights to the market and where I should spend my money for the best outcome. He was also fantastic with my tenant to get access to the property. I had a few hiccups with potential buyers falling over at last minute.
