Vicki is a friendly local agent, who has a strong relationship to the 4506 area, when we first made contact to view a property she was efficient and in her best effort got us through the property before the Saturday crowd. She stayed back after we viewed the property to chat about the area and the changes it has gone through over the years, she knows this area and understands what people are looking for when coming into the area. Vicki has a perfect balance of being professional and efficient whilst staying down to earth and friendly. To sell was very stressful for us but she even helped with staging ideas and helped us stay calmer. She got us more $$ than expected as other agents were going to list our house for a lower amount. Vicki was great with our pets and very considerate. She communicated very well and never criticised what was wrong with the house (it needed some maintenance ) I’ve heard of other agents ringing after every open house and telling the vendors everything that people said was wrong with their home. Vicki never did that which I appreciated as we already know what may need fixing. Instead Vicki just got on with the job of selling our place quickly and took all the cares off our shoulders.
