I cast my net wide to find the most suitable agent for the set of transactions I had planned for the near future. The market was flat and this meant that the task I set for Sonja would not be easy. When I explained my plans she gave me a deal that no other agents could compete with. Several agents got back to me after the initial sale saying that they could have matched Sonja's offer, but then it was too late! So, we sold a sub-divided block of land in 2017 and the remainder of the five acre block in 2019 and my current address property later in 2019. I bought this property as she and I initially inspected it, before it entered the market. The market was hot at this time. When I came to Queensland I had sold a shopping complex and several residential properties and thought I knew something about real estate. Sonja has taught me that I have a long way to go. She gave expert advice at times that it was desperately needed and came back with sales that were better than we had initially agreed to. I can't afford to engage anyone else to execute my future real estate deals because I believe in her integrity and immense ability to read the situation and apply what is needed to finalise it. If I had another house to sell Yvonne would be the first person I would contact. She communicated with me every step of the way, which made me feel comfortable about decisions which needed making as she would talk them out with me not just tell me what to do. I met Sonya in 2017 when I purchased my property. As a buyer I found her to be honest and knowledgeable about the property and market in general. When it came time to sell, she was my first and only choice in Real Estate Agents. Sonya came to my property promptly to inspect my property and put a plan in place for going to market. After the inspection Sonya, gave an estimated value and a short list of chores to get the property ready for market. We made all the changes that Sonya recommended and went to market above her initial estimate. It is extremely clear that Sonya understand both her buying and selling clients as she had organised multiple viewings with potential buyers within 24 hours of going to Market. Within 48 hours there were 4 offers on the property. Without Sonya's skills, knowledge and relationships with her clients we would not have sold so quickly or for the price which exceeded my expectations.
