From the moment you meet her, Natalie made us feel like our biggest investment was in safe hands. She took care of us and went above and beyond like no other. She was so respectful, kind, and warm. She was honest and gave realistic feedback in a very gentle yet direct manner. Natalie really understands the high end of the market and the local are of North Lakes and surrounds. She was exceptionally experienced and got us what we needed as sellers and she supports our buyers too. She is just such a beautiful person and I am so grateful for all her hard work. She took so much care and effort with our home, and her personality just shone through. She actually saw our home and its best bits as we did. She saw its beauty and features. Natalie also went above and beyond in helping us secure our new home. She liaised with the agent we were buying from very closely and worked so hard to help us get through a stressful time and repair a mess from a previous agent. Nat is an amazing agent! Best decision we made changing agents. What we learned (and wish we had this advice before we started) that you don’t need an high profile, high self marketing agents with a large database to sell your home. The “large database” and “we have a large reach” is a just a gimmick sales pitch, means absolutely zero when selling a home. “Large database” means nothing as the database is old in a few weeks anyway. No potential buyer looks at a home just because the agent has a lot of listings. When it comes to selling, internet platforms like real estate.com and Domain do the work to showcase the property to buyers. Basically they are marketplace for houses. I wouldn’t recommend an agent with lots of listings with the theory they must be good because they sell a lot, WRONG. You just end up being just another number under a typical strategy of “list, condition the seller, then sell” strategy. But was does matter is the quality, ability, and the integrity of the agent, to point out features of a home, provide advice to sellers, take great marketing shots. Number one, look for experience not numbers, other than what $ amount they sell a property for!!! Natalie has great experience, ethics, advice, communication and runs absolute rings around other agents. Can’t overstate it enough the importance of these skills! And this is not just a one off experience for us as we also purchased a property through a sole agency like Natalie which was also a fantastic experience. Sole agency/boutique agents are the way to go, in fact it’s a rising trend in some other states! Well done Nat!

Natalie understand the market and her advice to us was spot on what we need to do from a marketing perspective to maximising our sale price. She assisted and arranged for all clearance certificates (smoke alarms) and even someone to mow the lawn after we moved out to ensure the home is well presented. She really cared about us and we felt in good hands from day 1. Natalie sold our house on the first day it went on the market. We highly recommend Natalie.
