Natalie was never pushy and didn’t play any sales tricks or games that most of the agents did in our short journey . My wife found & advised me to allow Natalie to sell our house, as she has sold houses for very decent prices. Anyhow, I took her advice & sure enough, we got the best possible price (we believe) given the comparable homes, prices & market today. She also got us exactly what she said she would & didn’t just lower the price to get a sale. She predicted above 1.3M, at the same time another agent predicted 1.1M. We got 1.31 & were very happy. And for the climax, this happened in the 1st or 2nd opening too. Very impressed. It was basically over after 2 weeks, then wait for settlement etc etc. Furthermore, she employed good tactics to get us the best possible price. Sales aside, I found the whole experience (as well as her go-to conveyancer Rachel) to be as stress-free as a house sale could possibly be. Natalie always worked with a bundle of smiles & joy, as was as pleasant as could be to deal with - a genuine one too, not faked. The same of which cannot be said for all real-estate agents! Natalie served both the vendor and us as purchasers very well! Purchasing from interstate meant seeing our home our new home only once, but Natalie became our eyes as my wife & I repeatedly asked clarifying questions. She knows her community very well! Natalie extended herself for us during a protracted settlement, caring for plants and other issues, as vendors departed early and we were still relocating from interstate! Natalie is positive, competent and relationally easy to engage. :-)
