In contrast to other recent property purchase I would have to rank this transaction as merely "ok" as we did not have much to rave about. Other agents in contrast do appear to make far more effort; such as providing a little settling in gift and information in relation to local service providers, amenities and / or follow up calls if only to see if we were interested in other properties or whether they could act as rental agent - the same cannot be said here. Perhaps this is setting the bar a little to high but other agents seem to do just fine.

Like most people I shopped around to find the best agent to help me with the sale of my investment property in Darch. From the onset Chris was a stand out in regards to his professionalism and honesty in dealing with my enquiry compared to the other agents I contacted. Rather than give me an estimate over the phone he rung the property manager and took the time to go and view the property in order to give me an honest and accurate appraisal of my home. Unfortunately my property was left in a mess and I needed to undertake a lot more work to get the property in a sellable state ultimately requiring me to spend more money and there was a delay in going to market.
